Ventilation is crucial in any space, and the double doors of the Cali Pent provide excellent airflow. The external cladding is made of an engineered wood board with a cedar finish treated with advanced adhesive resins, water-resistant waxes, and zinc borate, protecting against fungal decay and insect damage. The material is also highly durable and resistant to wear, which will look great for years.
Inside, the walls and roof are insulated with YBS Airtec Double, providing the same level of insulation as 55mm of polystyrene. The flooring is also insulated, made of tongue and groove boards with 25mm Celotex insulation, with a stylish herringbone vinyl finish. The joinery on the windows and doors is handcrafted, adding a modern aesthetic to the summerhouse. The front window and doors are interchangeable, allowing you to personalise the space. Upgrade to UPVC or aluminium windows and doors in anthracite grey, black, or white at an extra cost. These options will reduce the door height slightly, and prices are available on request.
The Cali 20 x 8 Garden Office is low maintenance and requires minimal upkeep, with periodic repainting to keep it looking new. And if you need additional storage space, the side storage with a single door can be secured with a padlock (padlock not included), ensuring your belongings remain safe and secure.

The Cali is supplied factory painted internally and externally in one of these available colours: Aegean, Anthracite, Champagne, Coastal Blue, Dark Brown, Green Tea, Gull Grey, Lime Green, Rustic Brown, Sage Green, Silver Birch and Vanilla Cream. You can choose a different colour for the inside and outside. Choose a mix of your favourite colours or select tones that complement each other.

The Shire Cali Garden Office is made from FSC® certified timber. As well as receiving your beautiful new garden office, you can sleep well knowing that this low-carbon footprint garden office is made from ethically sourced materials. It comes with a 10-year warranty.
Price includes assembly by Shire’s professional fitting team. You’ll need a firm and level concrete base. Our manufacturer’s assembly team will contact you requesting images of the base. Occasionally, they may visit the site to confirm the base is suitable for assembly. Once they have confirmed the base is appropriate, you will be given a delivery/assembly date (delivery and assembly are on the same day).

Garden Office Aftercare:
The home garden office has been treated using a proprietary zinc borate-based process. As this is an advanced treatment, it makes it a maintenance-free garden building. If required, you can repaint the building to keep it looking new.
